As time permits we introduce new products and we are interested to hear from customers with details of any special requirements. For example, arrangements can be made to supply smaller quantities per ampoule; to prepare liposome mixtures to customers' requirements; and to supply from certified pyrogen free batches if required. Lipids which are supplied in solution are dissolved in deoxygenated solvents and sealed under nitrogen in ampoules. All lipids are stored below -10°C. Most orders can be fulfilled from stock. For UK customers, orders are normally sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery service on the morning following receipt of order. This ensures delivery the following day.

Overseas orders are sent by Datapose where available. To the few places not yet served by Datapost, an express air mail service is used. Customers with a FedEx account can use their account number at no additional charge from LIPID PRODUCTS. In general customers abroad can expect their parcels to be sent on Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delay in transit. Please enquire for exact carriage charges.
