| Established in October 1968, our partnership is still serving many of our original customers who appreciate the importance of high quality research materials, free from oxidation, to their results. Several such customers are working in the USA, home to a number of Lipid producers, yet they still find it worth paying Datapost charges to import our economically priced products. Our continued existence is testimony to the fact that we have so many satisfied clients since almost all our trade comes through personal recommendation. It is a great pleasure to hear from customers how much they appreciate some facet of our service but equally we need to know of any shortcomings so that we can try to remedy them. If any problem arises through failure of a carrier to deliver, damage in transit, or a possible deterioration of any item, we do our best to help at once and hold the inquest later - we know the frustration of waiting for suppliers to accept liability before dealing with a crisis situation. |
